- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Pilotte wrote me prescription at the time of exam. Two months later, she refused to write the same prescription in a 90 day format so that I could have it mailed in unless I came in for another appointment. I explained that my insurance was up in two weeks because I lost my job and time was of the essence but she refused. Now I will be without the prescription and it is very expensive and will affect my health. I am astonished at the lack of customer service and will NEVER go back.July 23, 2017by A Google User
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Pilotte listens to my concerns and treats me holistically. She treats me with respect and thoroughly answers all my questions and concerns. The staff is efficient and friendly and informative. They worked with me on one bill and I received follow-up emails, which I've never experienced before.
