  I have to say that Brown and Brown is the BEST business insurance provider in Prescott! I have been in business and responsible for the insurance for the past 16 years. For a very long time I was with another firm, assuming that "they are all the same". But something told me I should shop around. I received immediate service from Randy at Brown and Brown with a clear quote AND EXPLANATION of the insurance coverage. I met him at his office and we spent about 1 hour going over everything. I was treated so well that next I transfered my personal health insurance to their office. After that I switched my business compensation insurance to them as well. I feel very confident that all my insurance is in very good hands with these folks. I want to mention Lupe who works at Brown and Brown. She just blows me away with her excellent customer service too. She is fast, accurate and always pleasant. She tells me when too much insurance - is too much insurance so I know she has my best interest at heart. I will not hesitate to contact these folks whenever I have questions or concerns. I totally enjoy working with them and am very happy to be their customer! Ruth D.
