- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a United States Marine and Dr Masters is continually targeting veterans from our local area. I feel for others that will be susceptible to the unethical practices of Dr Masters and his business "Tomar Pain Centers." I was continually told that I would never receive a bill, and if I ever did, to bring it in and they would take care of it so that I would have a 0 balance.
